The support of our local community & businesses is what makes Christmas Walk Great. People like Mayor Dale Adams (Rockton Village), Jamie Christiansen (Gary J. Bach Agency), and Brent Murray (Dairyhaus), show their support for the community through their involvement with Christmas Walk. Join us in helping make every Christmas Walk the best its ever been.

We invite all our friends and business partners to support and enjoy this Christmas event that is sure to delight the hearts of everyone.

OUR MAIN EVENTS ON SATURDAY

CANDY CANE CRAFT FAIR

7:30 am - 3:00pm, We have the best holiday crafts and gifts every year. Come visit us for our Annual Craft Fair.

LIGHTING OF THE PARK

3pm - 6pm, Join us @ 3pm for Caroling and Hot CoCoa. Then @ 4pm we will have a presentation from some area Leaders. 4:30 marks the Dedication of Katies Tree. Then we light up the entire Park around 4:45 or 5pm, followed by a visit from Santa Claus.

LIGHTED PARADE

7:00pm, The famous Lighting Christmas Parade always delights with some great Christmas Themed floats coasting down Main St. All the villages lights up to the beauty of the parade while we ring in Christmas.

    Saturday Dec. 6th

    Greater Comm. Ctr, 7:30 am – 3:00pm

    We have the best holiday crafts and gifts every year. Come visit us for our Annual Craft Fair.

  • Lighting of the Park

    Saturday Dec. 6th

    Village Green Park, 3pm – 6pm

    Join us @ 3pm for Caroling and Hot CoCoa followed by the Dedication of Katies Tree. Then we light up the Park and Santa Claus drops by.

    Saturday Dec. 6th

    Main Street, 7:00pm

    The famous Lighting Christmas Parade always delights with some great Christmas Themed floats coasting down Main St. Rockton, IL

  • Pictures With SANTA

    Santa & his helper will be at the Credit Union. Stop by for photos & treats

  • American Legion Auxiliary - “Kitchen Open”

    Serving open face sandwiches, brats, hot dogs, chips, coffee & hot chocolate.

  • Talcott Free Library BOOK SALE

    Book Sale – Lots of books, A-V materials, misc. items for purchase. Sponsored by Friends of the Talcott Library. Proceeds used to support Children’s Programming.

  • Macktown Lions Club Snowman Contest

    We are looking for the most original Lions club related (sight & sound) snowman! Build them silly, build them serious, just get on out and build them!

    No snow this year? Show us your creative side and substitute with whatever you got! Winner will announced via our facebook page.

    Entering the contest couldn’t be any easier, simply post your photos to our facebook page and we will contact you for confirmation via messaging!

  • Rockton Lions Pancake Breakfast

    $5 Adults, $3 Children 3+ years – All you can eat pancake, sausage & juice hosted by the Rockton Lions. Proceed benefit the Rockton Community. A special surprise guest appearance.

  • Rockton Lions Wimpy's Fund Auction

    Come bid in our live & silent auction on goods & services donated by local merchants. All proceeds benefit Wimpy Fund for Christmas meals for the needy.

  • Breakfast With Santa

    $5 Adults, $4 Children under 13, FREE Under 2yo
    Join us at the Old Stone Church for breakfast & a visit with Santa. Don’t forget your camera!

  • Gingerbread Lane! Cookie Walk & Craft Sale

    See the Mack House; decorations in the 1830’s style. Greeters are in 19th century regalia. Taste the treats, enjoy the holiday smells, and absorb the historic atmosphere. Donations Cheerfully Accepted.

  • Chili Supper

    $5 All you can eat Chili and toppings, Hot Dogs, Chili Dogs, Corn Bread.
